Arkanauts x Chicken Waffle
The Arkanauts have teamed up with game developer and XR innovator Chicken Waffle to bring Arkanauts to life.
Chicken Waffle’s tech allows anyone with a mobile device to pose alongside, dance with, or even become an Arkanaut through their augmented reality (AR) app and Arkanauts Snapchat lens, which has over one million views to date.
This collaboration began with a set of AR animals designed with Project Ark to raise awareness around threatened species through interactivity. They made their primetime debut at the 93rd Academy Awards in partnership with HiVive and World Wildlife Fund Panda Labs (WWFPL), piquing the interest and capturing the hearts of celebrities such as Viola Davis, Kesha, and Trayvon Free, to name a few.
As our partnership continues, the Arkanauts and Chicken Waffle will bring greater detail and personalization to this interactive AR Arkanaut experience.
