Project Ark to Expand on Binance Smart Chain

We are excited to announce that Project Ark will expand using Binance Smart Chain, providing new campaigns and prominent features from celebrities, trustworthy conservation projects and new and exciting ways to engage the NFT community.

Binance Chain Special Drop

Using the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem, we are creating the genesis drop using the network, which includes memberships for Project Ark. Using 2D NFT Eggs, the digital collectibles will have special features and perks to every owner along with access to future events, collaborations and a direct connection to Projects on the ground. The eggs have been created using centuries-old traditions inspired by the local community where the first initiative will take place in collaboration with WWF Romania.

Each Egg will feature numerous perks and benefits which will be announced later on, ranging from exclusive Art drops and limited collections to various DeFi enhancements.

Binance Smart Chain Ambition

Minting accessible and environmentally friendly NFTs are a central part of Project Ark’s mission. We think that BSC has created a vibrant and dynamic community, with a lot of exciting innovators, designers, and we love that it’s EVM compatible, allowing us to easily integrate it with our own systems. Because of its consensus design, BSC also emits much less CO2 emission than traditional proof-of-work chains. We admire the focus on creating strong user experiences, reducing transaction fees so that collectors can focus more on the artwork and less on the costs.

We look forward to exploring ways to integrate with many other players in the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem, and especially the incredible work that Binance Charity is doing in developing regions, creating a safe and transparent flow of funds for the impact finance to flow directly to the source.

Hackaton Top 5

Recently Project Ark’s team and community managed to secure 4th place in the Hackerlink competition where our team manage to gather more than 4.5 k votes using a Quadratic Voting mechanism. We have cultivated a strong community, and also a good leadership team for Project Ark, that was able to work effectively and intensely during the critical parts of the Grant cycle to accomplish community buy-in. We are very proud of the supportive ARK community, and all of our mentors, creative artists, and collectors that made our success possible!
